REFUND POLICY

Refund & Return Policy (Sterile Products)


1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for safety, hygiene, and sterility reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging has been opened or tampered with.

2. Sterile Integrity
Our products are delivered in validated sterile packaging. Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the product is no longer considered sterile and cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges under these circumstances.

3. Exception: Damaged upon Arrival
A return or replacement request will only be considered if the product arrived damaged or the sterile barrier was breached during transit.

To qualify for this exception, you must:

Contact us on the day of delivery: No claims will be accepted after the delivery date.

Provide photographic evidence: Photos of the damaged shipping box AND the damaged sterile product must be attached to your email.

Keep all packaging: Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.

4. Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, it can only be returned if the sterile seal remains intact. If the incorrect item is opened, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. If the incorrect item is opened, it can no longer be returned or exchanged.
