2. Exception (Flash Sales):
As an exception to the general principle, a professional account is not required for exceptional "Flash Sales." These sales, offered in very limited quantities, are specifically open to doctors and practitioners currently in training who have not yet graduated. This exception is solely intended to allow them to practice, improve their skills, and discover leading products and the best global brands without the obligation to purchase substantial stock.

3. Buyer's Commitment and Responsibility:
By validating their order during a Flash Sale, the buyer expressly acknowledges and guarantees on their honor that they are currently enrolled in training in the medical or aesthetic field. He undertakes firmly and irrevocably to use the products thus acquired exclusively within the framework of his apprenticeship and for strictly professional use, under his own responsibility.
